Through my experiences and trauma, I learned that the path to finding yourself again is not a linear one. Instead, it’s one that requires trust, forgiveness and most importantly, the creation of a support system that will allow you to feel safe once again. Helping women to heal from abuse and trauma by creating a community of support has become my passion. As a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of experience as well as 8 years of coaching in direct sales, I am able to use my past as a way to help and offer guidance to women who need support and a safe space to heal. 

Creating a safe space for women to heal, gain back their confidence, create healthy boundaries, and learn to love themselves again.

You should not have to heal alone. 

There was a time not long ago, when I was in an abusive relationship. I felt unsure if I had the confidence to be able to leave and live a life on my own where I could heal from the trauma.

Today, I am proud to say I have made it through to the other side and am living a life I love.
