Through my proven approach to inner work and self awareness, you’ll reconnect with yourself at a soul level and finally start feeling like yourself again.
Choosing to do the inner work.
Asking for help. And refusing to abandon myself in the messy middle anymore.
As a Registered Nurse with 12 years of experience and 10 years of coaching, I bring the science, the tools, and the lived experience to help you do the same. I became the woman I wish I had during my hardest seasons, someone who shows up for you between the appointments, in the middle of the mess, in the everyday moments where you need support the most.
You just have to be willing to say yes to yourself too.
I’ve navigated survival mode, an abusive relationship, depression, and PTSD, all while showing up as a stepmom since my early 20s.
I know what it feels like to lose yourself completely and have no idea how to find your way back.
Work with me 1:1
A space for women to connect, meet new friends, and feel like they don’t have to do life alone.
Whether you’re going through a divorce, a separation, a breakup, lost yourself in motherhood, or just been in survival mode, come experience this with other women who get it and want to feel like themselves again, just like you.
Women’s Connection Nights are small, intimate gatherings where you’ll have the kind of conversations you’ve been waiting to have. A safe space where you can finally open up.
A space for ongoing guidance when you need it most.
Lifeline is designed for women who want consistent support while navigating their health, emotions, and daily life. Through voice notes, messaging, and personalized guidance, you’ll have a safe place to ask questions, process what’s coming up, and receive tools that help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
You don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
